Yes, I got fired before hired. I was in training and manager said " a couple days a week? You're not flexible. you don't need to come any more"

O-kay. Thanks for letting me experience for free?Do I get paid? I really don't know. End of the conversation, he was saying something but I didn't understand what he was saying. He goes"Never mind, I will call you later". I didn't get phone call yet.

It was weird experience. Actually I am kinda glad I got fired. Honestly, I didn't like the atmosphere. The things about asian culture, some times it is almost pain for me. Unspoken culture f*** that. If you don't tell me, I don't get it. Of course it is not always true. I can read what is going on but some things you gotta tell, you know. And giving me excuses and talking to me indirectly is not nice at all. Please just tell me what was wrong and that is it. PLease don't repeat the same excuses again and again and again.

But now I know how difficult waitress job is. It is too much work.I guess I should find design part-time job.
