My baby is SICK

SHE needs to be changed her transmission! WHAT A F***! I bought this car 2weeks ago. and former owner said"nothing is wrong" even my boyfriend asked him about transmission.
What a hell.

I talked former owner, and he said it is impossible to give me money back.
Do you think I would say"I see, it is okay"? NO. I cannot afford myself 3000 more dollars!!

What do YOU think, should I go claim court?
