I cannot say "NO" to you

I think I should be stronger. I just cannot say "NO" to someone who needs help. But you know sometime it is not good for them and me. And I cannot tell where is the borderline. I know, this is my weak point. And some people just use me for that. And I should be bitching about this because this is my fault. Anyway I hat emyself bitching about what I caused. And thing is I cannot get out form there.
