Chicago DAY2

I had to skipp DAY 1. you know I left san francisco midnight on sunday. Arrived Detloit around 7 in the morning and trasfer to Chicago Arrived at Airport 10:30 in the morning. couldn't find out how to get the Hotel shuttle , like an hour.at hotel noon. change clothes go to NeoCon around1:30.Phew that was too much. you know. DAY 1 was like a snap.
DAY 2
Well I was late for seminar, just 10 minutes. Anyway that was okay Seminar. After I saw all these Commercial showrooms, now I really feel like I want to work for Hospitality or Retail/Restaurants. There are so many cool stuff, High Tech things and so many up-dated things. That is so cool. There were also residential show rooms, bath, kitchen and tile and stuff. They are so good and Oh My gosh. I love them all. I kinda feel like I can live in the showroom. Yes!
Around 3 I was kinda bored/tired,so deiceded to go to Info center to get Tour Info. on the way, there was cute guy.Actually He was nice too. I was looking for the street and he helped me and actually He took me to the Info center. well he is in college and work at the restaurant. and he asked me out!! I don't know about that though.
I was gonna go to baseball game but I changed my mind.I might be going on thursday.
Chicago, I have no idea, I always get lost.you know, even new york I never get lost.I have no idea about this city. In downtown area which is called Loop, I guess, there are so many high-rised buildings or brick wall building. these guys made me think I am so tiny. I kinda feel like I am in Melborne or LA. It is kinda spreaded out so many modern buildings but there are so many historical and old buildings which made out of serious materials like brick or lime stone.
Maybe it is good balance or something. So far Chicago is very serious city to me. It doesn't mean too conservative or anything. I don't know I have 4 more days to check this city out. Well I will see.

Hey, I didn't know you were going to Chicago that soon! I wish you a great stay. By the way, you're lucky you have not gone to Chicago in winter. It's really freezing!
I look forward to see your pics when you go back to SF.
See yah!
Gonzalo.
